Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team, supporting projects across sectors such as Process, Power Generation, Pharmaceuticals, and Oil & Gas. This role involves the preparation and submission of competitive tenders for electrical and instrumentation work, as well as supporting the project team from bid to handover.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review client specifications and tender documentation in detail.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of all tender documents.
- Prepare and submit timely, detailed electrical and instrumentation bids.
- Attend site visits, client meetings, and project briefings.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams during the tender process.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Track contract specifications and changes, managing associated costs and concessions.
- Develop strong relationships with the supply chain and clients.
- Assist project teams post-tender to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Electrical Estimator.
- Electrical or Instrumentation degree / trade qualified is essential
- Strong Electrical, Instrumentation and Special Systems knowledge and experience is essential
- Background in the Process, Power Generation, Pharmaceutical, or Oil & Gas industries is preferred.
- Excellent understanding of contract terms and negotiation.
- Must have strong organisational skills
- A proven track record
